THE SHELTER TRUST ANNUAL SOUP KITCHEN 2024

The annual Soup Kitchen event in the Royal Square takes place on Tuesday 10 December, from 10.30am until the soup runs out!

Come and enjoy a warm mug of delicious soup paired with a chunk of buttered French bread. There will be around 40 different flavoured soups donated by top hotels, restaurants and food suppliers, with French bread donated by local bakeries.

The Shelter Trust invites everyone to support our Island’s homeless community by purchasing a soup for a minimum donation of £3.00. Your contribution will make a significant difference!

Highlights from Last Year:

The 2023 Soup Kitchen, marking the charity’s silver anniversary, was a great success, raising over £27,000!

These funds have been crucial in helping the Shelter Trust provide essential services and support to some of our island’s most vulnerable individuals.

What’s New for 2024?:

This year, Shelter is excited to introduce the Soup Kitchen Recipe Book, featuring soups provided in 2024. These books will be available for purchase on the day of the event.

Shelter looks forward to seeing you at the 2024 Soup Kitchen. ‘Let’s come together to support a great cause and enjoy some heartwarming soup!’
