You will work in pairs on one of our miniature stills to create and distill your own custom spirit. You will each take home a 350ml bottle of your bespoke creation.

Within the three-hour Gin Lab session, you will:

• Tour the distillery and learn how craft alcohol is created
• Sample spirits with our distiller
• Be guided through creating your recipe and choosing botanicals
• Produce and distill your own unique spirits
• Design and label your custom distilled bottle of Gin/Vodka to take home
