CRUFTS 2024 – JERSEY RESULTS

As individual owners return from this year’s Crufts, we are delighted to publish details of Jersey successes.

Christine Marett, owner of Cesky Terriers, reports that her dog, Gayteckels Bottoms Up, won 1st prize in Veteran Bitch, Best Bitch, Reserve Best of Breed & Best Veteran in Breed. The dog is pictured above, handled by Yakira Michel.

Jsy Ch Idefix Day Break at Gayteckels, came 2^nd  in Good Citizen dog;  handled by Yakira Michel.
Jsy Ch Gayteckels Musical Melody, won 2^nd  in Open Bitch class.
Gayteckels Sister Act, 1^st  in Good Citizen Bitch.
The breed is featured in the latest edition of RURAL magazine, in an interview with Christine, titled ‘Queen of the Czech mates’.

Linda McFarlane

In Löwchen class:

• Kerryken Keir Rob (pet name, ‘Sox’) Won 5^th  place in Open class and 1st in Good Citizen class. 

• Sharlarna Eagle at Glendyke (below)  aged 13 yrs 6 months, won 3^rd in Veteran class and 3^rd in Good Citizen class

In Japanese Chin class:

• Jeskandai no Yokon (pet name ‘Jonti’) won 3^rd place in Good Citizen class.

• Myojo Morgan (pet name, ‘Morgan’) won 3^rd place in Veteran class and 2^nd in Good Citizen class

In Portuguese Water Dog class:

• Micador William (pet name, ‘William’)2^nd post graduate 2 limit and 4^th in the Good Citizen class

In the Jack Russell class:

• Kabu Take-it To the Max (Pet name, ‘Berite’): 3^rd place in the Good Citizen class.

Saluki, Jersey and Irish Champion Ulmaraa Na, (pet name Sydney) was placed 3rd in the Veteran Dog Class. The Judge was Ms Ute Lennartz from Germany. There was a huge entry of over 100 Salukis.
