Saturday 3 September – Genuine Jersey Broad Street Market
This month Genuine Jersey is taking its artisans’ market to Broad Street for the first time, offering locals and visitors the chance to meet the makers behind the products. There will be an array of products and crafts for sale, with all goods crafted, brewed, baked or processed by the stall holder.

Sunday 4 September – GROW Jersey Volunteer Open Day
GROW community garden is hosting a volunteer day to celebrate its volunteers and welcome new members to the group. If you’re interested in volunteering, go along to help with small tasks, meet the other volunteers, find out how you can get involved, and hear about the wider vision for GROW.
Saturday 10 September – SCOOP Summer Market
Enjoy a day of good food, local crafts, fresh produce and live music at the SCOOP Summer Market. There will be over 20 stalls from local artisan producers as well as a programme of events and activities throughout the day – including pottery throwing, apple bobbing and parachute games.

Thursday 15 September – Teddy Bear Repair Workshop
The National Trust for Jersey is hosting a workshop by Teddy Bear restorer Christine Witham where you can learn how to bring your toy back to life with a Teddy Bear ‘makeover’. Christine knows how to repair most soft toys and will bring along all the materials required for repairs.

Monday 19 September – The Secret Life of Bees lunchtime talk
Bees are a beautiful animal to spot during the warmer months but have you ever wondered where they go in winter? Find out in this lunchtime talk hosted by the Pollinator Project Jersey and the Jersey Biodiversity Centre.

Wednesday 21 September – A Photographic History of Agriculture
As part of the Jersey Festival of Words, editors Patrick Cahill and Martin Toft will provide a brief introduction to Éditions Emile – an imprint celebrating the photographic collections held in the Société Jersiaise. This will be followed by a panel discussion on the future of agriculture in Jersey.
