President and chairman of the Jersey Gardening Club, Jennifer Rendell, has told us of these forthcoming meetings:
On Tuesday 17 June – Mrs Julie Bell of Lymington wil give a talk on Herbaceous perennials. She holds a RHS Master of Horticulture.
During the evening of the June meeting, the society will be having its Le Seelleur Rose competition, (the competition is open to members only).
Tuesday 15 July is its annual outing, and restricted to members only, who will receive details in the post.
On Tuesday 19 August – Mrs Julia Scott of Ryton Organic Gardens will give a talk entitled “Life in the Walled Garden with Herbs”.
